Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026 • Republic of Ghana
1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to LeXell Imports ("LeXell", "we", "us", or "our"), an e-commerce platform and online marketplace operating in the Republic of Ghana. By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Marketplace Platform Role
LeXell operates as an e-commerce merchant and multi-vendor platform connecting buyers with verified local and international merchants. While we verify seller credentials and handle payment escrow and buyer protection, individual merchants are responsible for the description, availability, and fulfillment of their listings.
3. Pricing & Currency
All prices displayed on LeXell are denominated in Ghanaian Cedis (GH₵). While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing, errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a material pricing discrepancy, we reserve the right to contact you before order fulfillment.
4. Payments & Security
Payments on LeXell are processed securely via Bank of Ghana-licensed payment providers (Paystack) and authorized Mobile Money networks (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash). LeXell does not store your debit card numbers or Mobile Money PINs.
5. Delivery & Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser once the goods are received or signed for at the delivery address or collection transport terminal. We provide transit protection and assistance for parcels damaged prior to customer receipt under our Returns Policy.
6. Seller Obligations
Sellers registered on LeXell agree to provide genuine, functional, and accurately photographed products. Listing counterfeit, prohibited, or stolen merchandise is strictly banned and results in immediate account termination, payout forfeiture, and reporting to relevant Ghanaian law enforcement agencies.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ghanaian courts.
