Direct Factory Pre-Orders
Products marked as "Direct Import" or "Pre-Order" are sourced straight from international manufacturing hubs. They arrive via express air cargo in approximately 10 to 14 business days. You receive regular status updates via WhatsApp throughout shipment.
Intercity Waybill Collection
For customers outside Accra and Kumasi, parcels are dispatched via trusted transport terminals (VIP Jeoun, OA, or STC). Once booked, we immediately send you a clear photograph of the official waybill slip showing the driver’s contact number, car registration, and parcel code so you can collect conveniently at your local station.
