Orders & Payment Methods
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Ghanaian Mobile Money networks (MTN Mobile Money, Telecel Cash), debit/credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) securely processed via Paystack, and manual MoMo transfers to our verified merchant lines.
Can I order directly on WhatsApp instead of the website?
Yes! Every single product on LeXell has an "ORDER ON WHATSAPP" button. Tapping it opens a direct WhatsApp chat with the seller or store manager with the exact product details, size, and photos pre-filled.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. We do not store or see your card numbers or MoMo PINs. Online transactions are encrypted using bank-grade 256-bit SSL protocols powered by Paystack (licensed by the Bank of Ghana).
Delivery & Waybills
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items are dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery within Accra & Kumasi takes 24 to 48 hours. For other regional capitals and towns across Ghana, delivery takes 2 to 4 business days via VIP Jeoun, OA, or STC parcel waybill.
How will I know when my package is dispatched?
You will receive an automated email confirmation upon ordering, followed by a WhatsApp update containing the dispatch rider’s phone number (for local delivery) or a picture of the official transport waybill slip (for intercity delivery).
Quality & Returns
What if the shoe or clothing size does not fit?
No problem! We have a 48-hour return and exchange window. Simply contact us with your order number within 48 hours of receipt, and we will swap it for your correct size or provide a refund if the replacement is unavailable.
Can I inspect the parcel upon delivery?
Yes. Customers are encouraged to inspect the outer packaging and items upon receipt to confirm their order is in prime condition.
Selling on LeXell
How do I open a seller store on LeXell?
Click Sell on LeXell, enter your store name, WhatsApp phone number, and password. Setup is 100% free with 0% registration fee. Once approved by our team, your dedicated store link (`lexell.shop/store/your-store`) is live!
When and how do sellers receive payouts?
Seller earnings from delivered orders are automatically paid out every Friday directly to your registered MTN Mobile Money or Telecel Cash number, minus our standard 5% platform service fee.
